FTR introduces its proprietary, Air-Up Ventilation System, specifically engineered for high-performance cannabis cultivation environments. Distinct from traditional ventilation methods, our customised solution leverages the natural tendency of warm, moist air to rise, delivering exceptional climate control and cultivation efficiency.
Unlike conventional methods that disrupt air stratification, the FTR Air-Up System introduces cool, dry, and CO₂-enriched air at plant level, ensuring immediate contact with the canopy. As the air absorbs heat and moisture – primarily from the plants and the lighting fixtures above – it rises naturally and is then efficiently extracted from above the lights, where the heat load is highest. This ensures a clean vertical airflow profile without cross-contamination or mixing with exhausted air.

Developed in-house by FTR’s expert engineering team, the Air-Up system is tailored exclusively to meet the demanding requirements of cannabis cultivation facilities, ensuring alignment with your precise operational parameters. - Air In
1 x large centrifugal fan, with 2 x pipes delivering CO₂-enriched air at plant level. - Air Out
2 x smaller centrifugal fans, with 3 x pipes above the lights. Normally, there is only need to have extraction in the lower tier, as the top tier vents naturally – dependent on facility design/ ceiling height, extraction in top tier can be added if required.
